East Tennessee Website Development of Rutledge, Tennessee is a two-person web site design, development, and marketing team. Cynthia Sellers is a graphics and website designer, freelance photographer and writer, and (SEO) Search Engine Optimization developer/ marketer. Her husband, Lewis Sellers, is a software programmer and analyst and SEO analyst. Their combined experience spans two decades in the field of Internet-related design.

Cedar Grove Design is an umbrella title for the various design services offered by the Sellers team. We specialize in (CMS) Content Management Systems, databases, e-commerce, and other interactivity. Additional services include SEO, digital photography, written copy, website marketing, and ads management. We're a home-based business located just outside of the City of Rutledge in rural Grainger County, Tennessee – just minutes east of Knoxville.

Cynthia Sellers Graphic Designer/Layout

Cynthia moved to Tennessee in 2003 from the Brandermill Community in Midlothian, Virginia (westside of Richmond). She had been working under the title Crow & Pitcher Creative Solutions since 1990 as a website designer. The name was also used for the one-of-a-kind hand-sewn soft-sculptures that started out as a gift for her toddler but quickly gained a following.

Cynthia has a solid background in retail management and sales. In addition to graphic design and website development, Cynthia is also a professional freelance writer, blogger, and photographer. In her spare time, Cynthia likes to spend time with her husband and son, play with her dogs, sculpt, play in the garden, and write a variety of prose from short stories to really bad haiku.

She is proud to be working with the Clinch-Powell Resource Conservation and Development Council on two website development projects in 2008 that focus on rural economic development in Middle East Tennessee.

Lewis A. Sellers Software Analyst

Born in Knoxville, Tennessee. Raised in Rutledge, Grainger County. After graduating college, Lewis started DBA Intrafoundation Software, doing contract software programming work and webdesign. As the programmer of the team, he has worked at one point or another in most any computer language or technology you've probably heard of. His programs have been used by a wide variety of entities from NASA to the gaming industry.

In his spare time he likes to hang out with Cynthia and extended family, catch an occasional zombie flick, do AI-related programming, and work on Sci-Fi related stories. Lewis has two adoring cats that must be continuously shooed off the mouse and keyboard while working.
